Raw Kefir Maple Protein Shake (video)

Currently, our family’s favorite way to enjoy kefir is in a yummy smoothie! These are so easy to make and are packed with protein.

Did you know that 8 oz of Raw Kefir contains 8 grams of protein? Amazing.

Here’s how to make our favorite Raw Kefir Maple Protein Shake:

  • 12 oz Creambrook Raw Kefir

  • 3 fresh, pastured eggs from healthy hens

  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 generous pinch of Redmond Real Salt (our fave salt ever!)

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Enjoy a fresh, raw protein shake that will nourish you and keep you full! This shake has a total of 30 grams of raw protein!
