Kefir is a fermented/cultured dairy beverage - like drinkable yogurt!
It originated centuries ago in the Caucasus Mountains and was a resourceful way to utilize fresh milk without refrigeration.
Raw Kefir has a 30 day shelf life - amazing!
How does it taste?

Our Raw Kefir contains:
12 specialized bacteria colonies from kefir cultures (most yogurts only contain 4-5 bacteria colonies)
prebiotics that support gut health
beneficial bacteria found in raw milk
active enzymes, omega-3 fatty acids, essential amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants.
Our family’s favorite ways to enjoy Raw Kefir:
