Homemade Greek Yogurt

Packed with protein and nutrients from raw milk, this thick Greek-style yogurt is delicious topped with granola and nuts, or whipped into a savory herb spread. Enjoy!

  1. Make plain yogurt from raw milk (see our simple Instant Pot yogurt recipe here).

  2. Layer a bowl with a colander and flour sack towel.

  3. Let it sit, covered, for 20 - 40 min. Check every 10 min until it reaches the desired thickness & texture.

  4. Spoon out of the towel and store in a container in the fridge. Enjoy!
