Grazing in July (& a video)

Pasture management and soil health are some of our top core values at Creambrook. The cows are fed a carefully curated, highly nutritious diet that produces delicious, healthy raw milk.

We planted the front field by our house with a variety of delicious plants of the cows including buckwheat, peas, sorghum, sorghum sudan grass, beans and more. This is what the field looked like on July 7th.

And yesterday, July 26th, we moved the milk cows into the field for the first time since planting these new crops!
