It rained!

Last week, we shared some of the hardships that come with a drought. Since then, we have been grateful to receive 2 inches of rain! These photos are the same field,  7 days apart.

This was taken at sunrise, several days prior to the rain.

After 2” of rain, taken mid-afternoon!

There's a long way to go to rebuild the moisture in the pastures and come out of this dry season but we are very thankful to see the fields starting to green up again. Praise God!
