Here’s how to use your Member account
If you are a member of Creambrook Farm, here are ways you can use your member account & make changes to your herd share. Going out of town? Want to order an add-on service like Raw Kefir? Here’s what you need to know:
Become familiar with your Creambrook Member account in Farmigo. Login here to view your account. Farmigo is a farm membership platform that we use to organize our herd share online.
See your pick up location and the days & hours for pick up in the Member Portal.
You can update payments in your portal when necessary.
If you’d like to order add-on items like Raw Cream, Raw Kefir, and Raw Chocolate Milk. Inside your member account, click “Store” and add products to your cart. Your account will be charged on the day of your delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and the delivery day. An automated reminder email is sent to you weekly so you can place orders before the deadline for your next delivery date.
Going out of town? Please email us at least 5 days prior to the delivery date that you need to skip. We appreciate the heads up!
Increase or Decrease your Herd Share quantity: Please send us an email with your request. We will be happy to help!
