Ben's favorite protein shake

Add all ingredients in your blender. Blend for 10-15 seconds.

Kristen's favorite protein shake

  • 1 handful of ice (approx. 80 grams)
  • 0.75 - 1 cup Creambrook grassfed raw milk
  • 1 - 1.5 scoop(s) whey protein powder (we love Levels USA protein powder)
  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter powder (like PBFit)

Add all ingredients in your blender.* Blend for 30-40 seconds, pulsing if needed until the banana is blended well.

*To prep a frozen banana: freeze bananas in the peel. When making a shake, take out of the freezer, run warm water over the peel to soften it a little. Then use a small knife and cut the peel off the banana, then proceed with the recipe.

Raw Milk Kefir Smoothie

  • 0.5 cup raw milk kefir
  • 1 cup raw milk
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • handful of ice

Add all ingredients in your blender. Blend for 30 seconds.

Fun alternative: freeze kefir or milk in ice cubes and blend into your smoothie!

Iced Raw Milk Latte:

  • 1 cup espresso or strong-brewed quality coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup raw milk
  • handful of ice

Optional add-ins:

  • 2 - 3 teaspoons maple syrup or chocolate syrup

Put ice in a glass, add coffee and raw milk. Stir in maple syrup/chocolate syrup to taste.

We know you will love these simple ways to enjoy delightfully cold and refreshing raw milk beverages this summer!
