Favorite freezer meals & photos from the farm

As we prepare to welcome our fourth baby, I have been stocking the freezer with meals.

I wanted to share some recipes with you that I have made for the freezer. Our family loves these meals!

Greek Meatballs (for the freezer - I use pork & beef) served with freshly made flatbreads and tzatziki sauce made with homemade yogurt

This meal is amazing and I made it twice in one week! The garlic, lemon juice and fresh herbs mixed with our yogurt made an incredible greek sauce. And the flatbreads were so yummy and easy! Pro tip: fry them in lard in a cast iron pan. :)

Healthy Hamburger and Potato Casserole

I made this for dinner and an extra for the freezer. Hearty and simple.

Smoked Italian Meatballs

These are so flavorful!

Fluffy Yogurt Waffles made with homemade yogurt

Easy to whip up in the blender and make for breakfast or freeze for later.

Baked Oatmeal with Fruit (we love to use peaches and berries!)

This is one of my favorite freezer meals for breakfast. It's a family recipe from Ben. It's simple, delicious and filling, packed with protein and healthy grains and fruit! Just thaw out and warm up in the oven. Pour milk over and serve!

The boys love to help with farm chores and enjoy the new baby calves. The cooler weather has been a big surprise!

James planted sunflowers from seeds and the first one bloomed on Sunday!
